Kiss is commonly regarded as the mashing of one’s lips against another person or object. It can be an expression of love, passion, respect, greeting, good luck, or total barnyard hornlust. It is universally common among all cultures except for Eskimo, a culture so dangerously cold that kissing can result in one’s face being eaten by a good friend.
