Alf has unrequited feelings towards an underage teenage ladyfriend that he cannot express aloud. He laughs off the rejection so as to preserve their friendship, but inside he is a seething ball of alien sex rage. ‘Alf’ writer Jerry Stahl reveals in the commentary track (not included here) that his original draft of this episode had Alf installing a spycam in the family bathroom. Executive Producer Tom Patchett was not keen on this idea and threw a large telephone at Jerry. Jerry recovered from this incident by drinking some wheatgrass, going for a long jog on San Vicente Blvd and, later, shooting heroin in a warm bath.
